Returns are only subject to replacement. Should you wish to make a replacement return you may do so provided you notify us on the same days of receipt of your instrument with valid and acceptable reason for replacement return and/or accessories except on custom instrument orders?
There are no replacement returns for custom ordered instruments. Defective items will only be replaced upon receipt of the original item sent by you in the same state it was shipped by us. You must save your packing for replacement returns, instruments must be received in good condition and any damage from improper packing or handling will not be replaced. Shipping costs both to and from the buyer are not refundable in any case.
